It sounds and looks as though you and the...Hi John<br /><br />It sounds and looks as though you and the group had a really sociable time and the results do not look too bad either. Very impressive.I wish I could get such results but I have trouble with kneading (arthritis) but every so often I do have another attempt by hand. My Foccaccia tends to come up well and my tiger buns which the dough is effectively for first prove done in the bread machine and then second proved on trays and then finished by hand. Out of curiosity do you make the beer as well as is yeast related.
